I teach fourth grade at Ponderosa Elementary. This is my fourteenth year of teaching. In my former life, I was a hydrogeologist specializing in acid mine drainage and hydrocarbon contamination. In addition to teaching, my interests include photography, birdwatching, backpacking, gardening, and reading.
